Terms and Conditions

Below are our terms and conditions which you agree to when booking our services. 

  1. Booking and Deposit:

    • A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.

    • Your appointment will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will not be refunded.

    • We understand that emergencies happen, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  3. Rescheduling:

    • If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or applied towards your rescheduled appointment.

  4. Patch Test Requirement:

    • For certain treatments including Henna, Lash Extensions, Lash Tints, and Hair Coloring, a patch test is mandatory.

    • The patch test must be conducted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    • No patch test, no treatment will be provided.

  5. Contraindications and Right to Withhold Treatment:

    • Beauty and The Teacup reserves the right to withhold treatment if contraindications to the booked service are observed at the time of the appointment.

    • Our priority is the safety and well-being of our clients, and we will only proceed with treatments when it is deemed safe and appropriate.
